تواضع فرهنگی به‎عنوان پیشایندی برای یادگیری کارآفرینانه در پارادایم استراتژی باز

چکیده

تواضع فرهنگی فرایندی است مستمر و در رابطه با انسان‎هایی است که با محافل کاری مختلف سروکار دارند. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل جایگاه سرمایه اجتماعی در ارتباط با تواضع فرهنگی و تقویت یادگیری کارآفرینانه از طریق تغییر مدل ذهنی کارآفرینان است. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نظر استراتژی‎ پژوهش رویکرد فراترکیب است. داده‎ها از 10 پژوهش درباره این مفهوم گردآوری شده‎اند و با فن کدگذاری تحلیل شده‎اند. نتایج نشان داده است که تواضع فرهنگی دارای مؤلفه خودآگاهی، دیگرآگاهی است و با تقویت ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی اعم از اعتماد، همدلی و مسئولیت‎پذیری منجر به تغییر مدل ذهنی کارآفرین و تقویت یادگیری کارآفرینانه می‎شود.

چکیده [English]

Cultural humility is a continuous process that involves people who deal with different communities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the position of social capital in relation to cultural humility and to enrich entrepreneurial learning through changing the entrepreneurial mindset. The methodology used in this research is meta-synthesis strategy. Data are collected from 10 studies on this concept and analyzed with the technique of coding. The results show that cultural humility with self-awareness component is no longer conscious. By strengthening the dimensions of social capital, such as trust, empathy and responsibility, it leads to changing the entrepreneurial mental model and enhancing entrepreneurial learning.
