Purpose:The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the drivers that strengthen justice-orientation in the evaluation and promotion system of managers in virtue-based organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Research Method:The present study employed a mixed-methods approach (qualitative–quantitative). Methodologically, it was based on structural cross-impact matrix analysis with a strategic foresight approach, and in terms of purpose, it was developmental–applied. The statistical population consisted of 25 experts, including university faculty members and managers of virtue-based organizations in the Islamic Republic of Iran, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through library research, structured interviews, and a scoring questionnaire (ranging from zero to three) based on the structural cross-impact matrix, and were analyzed using MICMAC statistical software.
Findings:The findings indicated that the implementation of an integrated justice-oriented data management system for fair evaluation and promotion, the adoption of a participatory approach in designing the evaluation and promotion system, and the development of transparent and fair criteria and indicators for evaluation and promotion were the most influential drivers in strengthening justice-orientation in the evaluation and promotion system of managers in virtue-based organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Results:The results of this study showed that identifying and prioritizing the drivers that strengthen justice-orientation in the evaluation and promotion system of managers in virtue-based organizations contributes to a deeper understanding of justice-oriented management trends and supports the design of strategic actions for these organizations. .
