Identifying and utilizing the key components of human resource empowerment will not only help improve individual and organizational performance, but will also create a more positive, innovative, and effective work environment. The purpose of this research is to examine and identify the key components of human resource empowerment based on the teachings of Nahjul-Balagha and the views of Imam Ali (AS). So that the fundamental principles of empowerment from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) can be extracted and used in the form of practical components for improving and promoting human resources in today's organizations and societies. Therefore, the present study has focused on identifying the key components of human resource empowerment based on the perspective of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (AS), by studying Nahjul-Balagha in depth for the use of managers in the Islamic society.
Research Method: The method of conducting this research was qualitative. Data and components were extracted using the content analysis method of component extraction, which was performed using MAXQDA software in relation to the drawing of the content network. By studying Nahjul-Balagha in depth, themes that were the key components in Islamic society were collected in the form of open, axial and selective coding.
Findings: Finally, the codes extracted by the content analysis method from the letters and letters were classified into 20 open codes, 33 basic themes and 8 organizing themes. The results of the work were presented as a research model in Islamic society management.
