This research seeks to present a religious model for the concept of organizational agility by analyzing and studying the implications of verses and traditions; Therefore, by reviewing religious sources and verses and hadiths whose meaning has indications of agility, data were identified and analyzed using qualitative research methods and theme analysis tools. The results of the theme analysis process led to the identification of 83 basic themes, which are categorized into 14 organizing themes and the organizing themes themselves under 6 overarching themes under the headings of Jihad work, intelligent planning, holisticism, creating a strategic position. and proactive dealing with the environment, organizational dynamics and work conscience are divided in order to provide an appropriate model of organizational agility based on religious teachings while explaining. At the end of the research, organizational agility forming values including three components of mujahidan effort, trust in divine tradition, and stability and perseverance have been identified, which can be considered as the fundamental values of the organization in achieving optimal agility.
