In today's highy competitive world, organizations have a chance of survival if they can continuously change themselves with the changes in their environment. Therefore, the learning organization in today's modern management refers to an organization that is constantly seeking to acquire knowledge, learn, and adapt to environmental changes. On the other hand, the islamic religion accepts that innovation that is similar and aligned with it. In the meantime, the story of niah's ark in the holy quran is not only a religious narrative but also an example of an industrial organization facing a huge environmental threat. Therefore, the learning organization is more relevant in the field of production and industrial organizations, and its study in the noah's ark organization is consistent and adaptable. Accordingly, the present articale, using george brady's comparative methad, has conducted a comparative study of these two organizations and its goal is to achieve a model that is needed by society in today's competitive era. The result of this study showed that the principles of the learning organization from peter senge's perspective are needed but not complete. In order to complete it, supervision, training, reward, and discipline, which are the most basic elements in the noah's ark organization, should be added. Howevr, the organization that society needs in today's competitive era is a learning organization based on education.
