Introduction and Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of socially responsible human resource management on the moral voice with the mediating role of motivation of elementary school teachers in Shahinshahr city.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method, which was conducted using the structural equation modeling method. The statistical population of the study included 250 elementary school teachers in Shahinshahr city in 1403, of which 151 people were selected as the sample size using the Cochran formula by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The scales used are considered to be valid in terms of construct, convergent, and content validity. In the present study, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and SMART PLS 3 software.
Findings: The results showed that socially responsible human resource management has a significant effect on moral voice. Socially responsible human resource management has a significant effect on moral voice, autonomous motivation, and controlled motivation. Autonomous motivation has a significant effect on moral voice. Socially responsible human resource management has a significant effect on moral voice through the mediation of controlled motivation.
Discussion and Conclusion: Educational organizations should pay attention to their social responsibilities and adopt supportive behaviors to have a positive effect on the social and moral well-being of teachers.
