This research investigates the dimensions and components of the "Growth" in the process of Islamic decision-making in organizations from a Quranic perspective. While decision-making is a fundamental pillar of organizational success, and in the conventional management paradigm it is usually based on utilitarianism, this article examines how "Growth" can be considered as an alternative to the utilitarian approach in the Islamic paradigm. Growth in Islamic teachings means guidance, righteousness, moral perfection, and individual development, which is presented in the Quran as the basis of Islamic decision-making. This article has used the methods of Quranic thematic research and connotative research to extract the components of growth and its impact on Islamic decision-making, and the results show that growth leads not only to the improvement of economic decisions but also to the enhancement of social and moral spirit. Comparing this approach with utilitarianism reveals fundamental differences in the goals, rules, processes, and outcomes of decision-making, in which justice, fixed yet applicable moral principles, and the enhancement of individual spirituality alongside collective interests play a prominent role. This research particularly emphasizes the necessity of implementing these Islamic concepts in organizational decision-making processes and explains how focusing on the Growth both in organizations with an Islamic culture and in other organizations, can lead to overcoming fundamental decision-making challenges.
