The foundation of a religious civilization has been laid since the time of the Prophet of Islam. This civilization, regardless of the extent and depth of its influence, has internal components that set it against other materialistic or non-religious civilizations. Among these components is the leadership of a religious and divine individual who was able to establish the foundation of Islamic civilization. In this regard, the present article intends to analyze this horizon by examining the micro-components of the text and in the form of prominent features of the Islamic civilization-building leader, with an analytical look at the text of the second prayer of the Sajjadiyyah. For this purpose, qualitative content analysis was used in an inductive way. Then, based on an interpretative view of the components and an attempt to approach the intent and purpose of the text, a meta-analysis was performed on the extracted components. The results of the research indicate physical, spiritual, faith and thought traits in the individual dimension; And the special interactions are strategic in the social dimension in the second prayer of Sahifah Sajjadiyeh for the civilization-building leader. These traits are a role model for a civilization-building leader in the current era in adopting strategic, discursive, authoritarian and populist approaches.
