Abstract

Objective: The present study seeks to design the Islamic leadership model of Shahid Beheshti (may Allah be pleased with him) at the international level, focusing on the period of his presence at the Islamic Center of Hamburg, Germany; because Shahid Beheshti, like religious scholars, had passed the stage of issuing fatwas for believers and, on the path of establishing religion, had defined his life at the level of religious leadership of society

Research Method: In this research, which is qualitative in terms of process, descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose, and inductive in terms of research implementation logic, the "theme analysis" method and MaxQuda qualitative analysis software were used. Findings: By coding the statistical population, a total of 365 basic themes, 17 organizing themes, and 4 overarching themes were identified, which ultimately led to the explanation of Shahid Beheshti's leadership model at the international level during her period of responsibility in Hamburg in four dimensions: "individual", "religion", "situation", and "audience".

Conclusion: The results of the research show that Islamic leadership, with regard to the analysis of Shahid Beheshti's leadership style on an international scale in the dimensions of the individual, religion, position, and audience, has a unique pattern that can cover the scope of society in addition to the nature of expressing rulings and issuing fatwas
