Abstract
This study aimed to model the impact of Islamic Human Resource Management on employees' professional development, with the mediating role of knowledge-sharing motivation. The research is applied in nature and follows a descriptive-correlational methodology. The statistical population consisted of 516 employees of the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Company, from which a sample of 220 individuals was selected using Cochran’s formula and stratified random sampling. Data collection tools included the Islamic Human Resource Management questionnaire by Niknamjoo (2017), the Professional Development of Employees questionnaire by Spiders (2007), and the Knowledge-Sharing Motivation questionnaire by GiVay et al. (2000). To assess the causal relationships among the research variables and evaluate the fit of the observed data with the conceptual model, the research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) and the Partial Least Squares (PLS3) method. The findings revealed that Islamic Human Resource Management has a significant impact on both employees' professional development and their motivation to share knowledge. Furthermore, knowledge-sharing motivation has a significant effect on professional development. In addition, at a 99% confidence level, knowledge-sharing motivation mediates the relationship between Islamic Human Resource Management and employees’ professional development.
