Abstract
Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigating and extracting active planning in organizational performance management from the perspective of Islamic studies, the main plan of the research is why and how to plan in organizational performance management from the point of Islamic studies view. In order to answer this question and extracting themes related to this issue, we use different method in this research such as, library method, documentation review, collecting data and the combined inferential-analytical method. To achieve the result of the research, we use 246 descriptive or basic themes, 74 interpretive or organizing themes and 5 relational or comprehensive themes.
Research find expressing the importance, necessity and benefits of planning in managing organizational performance management and expressing the factors affecting its success, according to twelve principle that used in the Islamic studies planning. It should be done in the form of a divine plan in the system of the diverse through six stage; determining goal, identifying and analyzing internal and external factors, identifying the ways to reach the goal, selecting suitable solution determining the appropriate time and implementing the plan.
