Abstract
In today's highly competitive world, organizations have a chance of survival if they can continuously change themselves with the changes in their environment therefore, the learning organization in today's modern management refers to an organization that is constantly seeking to acquire knowledge, learn, and adapt to environmental challenges. On the other hand, the Islamic religion accepts that innovation that is similar and aligned with it. In the meantime, the story of Noah's Ark in the holy Quran is not only a religious narrative but also an example of an industrial organization facing a huge environmental threat. Therefore, the learning and its study in the Noah's Ark organization is consistent and adaptable. Accordingly, the present article, using George Brady's comparative methad, has conducted a is needed by society's competitive era. The result of this study showed that but not complete.
