Abstract

Objective: Crisis management, as one of the complex and fundamental challenges in the contemporary world, requires an effective and efficient model that can reduce damage and provide opportunities for growth and development in various crisis situations. In the meantime, the teachings of Imam Ali (AS) as a rich management model, especially in the field of crisis management, can be a guide. This article examines and metasynthesis of Imam Ali (AS)'s management models with an emphasis on crisis management and attempts to analyze his principles and approaches in dealing with social, political, economic and military crises and present a comprehensive and efficient model for crisis management in Islamic organizations and societies, especially in Iran?

Research Method: This research was conducted qualitatively. Data and components were extracted using thematic analysis method, and MAXQDA software was used to draw thematic networks. The codes extracted from these studies were classified into 35 open codes, 21 basic themes, and 4 organizing themes.

Findings: The results of the study show that principles such as consultation, transparency in decision-making, observance of justice, and social solidarity can be proposed as an efficient model in managing current crises.
