Abstract

Purpose: The history of aesthetic discourse dates back to the miracles of the Holy Quran. The study of aesthetics provides the possibility of a better understanding of the phenomena, which, as a result, leads to the change of people's views and attitudes. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to explain beauty from the perspective of the Holy Quran and its management implications in the field of organizational communication. Method: In the current research, using the theme analysis method and referring to reliable sources, selected verses, and searching for the word aesthetics and its derivatives, Clark's model is considered.Findings: Finally, by identifying verses related to beauty, and analyzing and investigating them, its managerial implications in the field of organizational communication were presented. Conclusion:. Analyzing and pondering the Qur anic erses can provide a deeper look at the organizational nature, internal and external communications, work ethics, and organizational values from a religious angle. Quran refers to important ethics that can provide the basis of ethical organizational communication. This includes respecting the rights of employees, fairness in management, and creating a healthy work environment. Aesthetics based on the Qur'an can help researchers and managers to analyze organizational concepts from different angles. This approach helps to develop our understanding of the role of religious principles in the organizational environment and to create an organizational environment that fits religious values.
