Published by Research Institute of Hawzah and University "Hawzah wa Dāneshgāh Research Institute" from 2012

Since the Journal of Studies in Religion, Spirituality & Management (JSRSM) was established in 2012, it has become the first port of call for academics interested in the spiritual and religious aspects of managing and organizing. It serves three large communities:

(1) Students, scholars and practitioners of spirituality as pertaining to management and organizations,

(2) Management academics and practicing managers,
(3) Scholars in religion studies and of religious affairs.

JSRSM serves as a meeting forum and fosters cross-fertilisation in these communities. We encompass, without prejudicing any belief or none, a multitude of interests and concerns. JMSR wishes to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of JSRSM that include: interdisciplinary and multi-methodological approaches—all spiritual and religious traditions—examining the relationship between JSRSM and society – critical, theological and philosophical reflections on JSRSM—metaphysical explanations of JSRSM. It wishes to encompass, without prejudging any belief or none, a multitude of interests and concerns. Our sole criterion is academic rigour and scientific merit. It seeks to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of RSM that include:

• Examining RSM through different traditions
• Exploring the relationship between RSM and society
• Critical and interdisciplinary work that may extend the boundaries of RSM
• Metaphysical explanations of RSM

We are the prime dedicated academic forum for disseminating work, for the development of theory, for reporting best practice, and for the exchange of ideas and debate in Management, Spirituality and Religion in Iran. We pledge to continue and be the recognized leaders in this field of study.

The mission of this journal is to provide a dedicated forum for disseminating work, for the development of theory and best practice, and for the exchange of ideas and debate in this growing field of interest.

Journal of Studies in Religion, Spirituality & Management is a semi-annual journal aims to be a publication of international repute for reporting current regional and international adventures in all aspects of religion, spirituality and management. JSRSM welcomes contributions in this field in the form of original research articles, systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The Journal seeks to provide its readers with the highest quality scientific information published through a process of careful peer reviews and editorial comments. All publications are welcomed in Persian and English.

To let individual researchers and libraries have access to the most recent research findings in the field, the journal allows open-access to its articles. This journal utilizes the Magiran and Noormags preservation systems to create a distributed archiving system for individual and libraries and to permit libraries stakeholders to create permanent archives of the journal.
