In the upstream documents of the field of humanities, a special emphasis has been placed on the study area of "knowledge management". Creating a transformation in the field of "Knowledge Management", whose evolved form can be called "Islamic Knowledge Management" or "Strategic Knowledge Management", can be a priority research program to guide the evolution of human sciences and organize the activities and actions of upstream policy-making institutions. And to be the executive of universities and research institutes and educational and research centers in line with the evolution of human sciences. Based on this, the transformation in the field of knowledge management can be considered one of the necessities of the transformation of humanities in other fields of humanities. In this research, while pointing out and evaluating the researches that have been done in the field of "Knowledge Management with Islamic approach", a model for the evolution of the knowledge management field has been presented. This model, which is presented in two parts "conceptual model" and "thematic model", includes 3 dimensions, 9 components and 27 variables. The advantage of this model compared to other models presented in the field of Islamic knowledge management is, on the one hand, the simultaneous attention to the three components of "fundamentals, methods, issues" to the elements of knowledge management transformation, and on the other hand, the improvement of the scale of knowledge management from the level of "organizational knowledge" to the three scales of "social knowledge". , the knowledge of the institution of science and organizational knowledge" is a twin. Also, based on the needs of humanities evolution, three components of "knowledge production, knowledge distribution and knowledge application" have been considered together. Another advantage of this research is the logical presentation for the importance and prioritization of the components of the model and the short-term, medium-term and long-term plan for establishing the field of "Islamic Knowledge Management". مدیریت و سیاست‌گذاری تحول علوم‌انسانی، نیازمند یک ‌رشته و حوزۀ مطالعاتی است که بتواند از فعالیت‌ها، فرآیندها و اقداماتی که در راستای علوم‌انسانی اسلامی در کشور به انجام می‌رسد، پشتیبانی علمی و نظری نماید. در اسناد بالادستی عرصۀ علوم‌انسانی به حوزۀ مطالعاتی «مدیریت دانش» تأکید ویژه‌ای شده است. ایجاد تحول در رشته «مدیریت دانش» که صورت تحول‌یافتۀ آن را می‌توان با عنوان «مدیریت اسلامیِ دانش» یا «مدیریت راهبردی دانش» خطاب قرار داد، می‌تواند یک برنامۀ پژوهشی اولویت‌دار برای هدایت جریان تحول علوم‌انسانی و سامان‌دهی به فعالیت‌ها و اقدامات نهادهای بالادستی سیاست‌گذار و مجری، دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزشی و پژوهشی در راستای تحول علوم‌انسانی باشد. براساس‌این، تحول در رشتۀ مدیریت دانش، یکی از ضرورت‌های تحول علوم‌انسانی در دیگر رشته‌های علوم‌انسانی می‌تواند به شمار آید. دراین پژوهش، ضمن اشاره و ارزیابی پژوهش‌هایی که درزمینۀ «مدیریت دانش با رویکرد اسلامی» انجام شده، الگویی برای تحول رشته مدیریت دانش ارائه شده است. این الگو که در دو بخش «الگوی مفهومی» و «الگوی موضوعی» ارائه شده، شامل 3 بُعد، 9 مؤلفه و 27 متغیر است. مزیت این الگو نسبت به دیگر الگوهای ارائه‌شده درزمینۀ مدیریت اسلامیِ دانش، ازیک‌سو توجه توأمان به سه مؤلفه «مبانی، روش، مسائل» به ارکان تحول مدیریت دانش، و ازسوی‌دیگر ارتقایِ مقیاسِ مدیریت دانش از سطح «دانش سازمانی» به سه مقیاسِ «دانش اجتماعی، دانشِ نهاد علم و دانشِ سازمانی» به‌صورت توأمان است. همچنین، براساس نیازمندی‌های تحول علوم‌انسانی، سه مؤلفۀ «تولید دانش، توزیع دانش و کاربست دانش» به‌صورت توأمان ملاحظه شده است. از دیگر مزیت‌های این پژوهش، ارائۀ منطقی برای اهمیت‌گذاری و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های مدل و پیشنهاد اجمالی برنامۀ کوتاه‌مدت، میان‌مدت و بلندمدت برای تأسیس رشتۀ «مدیریت اسلامیِ دانش» است.  https://rsm.rihu.ac.ir/article_2199_c2aeafbf051b450b00a9ac7e094b27b8.pdf
