It needs to explain, analyze and accurately discuss the topics, including the sermons, letters and words of the Imam Ali. On the other hand, considering that policing in the government is considered as one of the main pillars of policy implementation, and considering the principle that Amir Al-Momenin's noble words are considered as the complete charter of Islam in Islam, Discussions related to policy in Nahj al-Balaghah can be the source of many issues in the country. In this article, we try to analyze the content of Nahjol Balagh narratives and use the implication research method, the implications associated with the policy evaluation are extracted, and according to this, the methods of assessing the present-day policy should be aligned with the implications.<br />In fact, the main goal is to bring thematic implications related to policy assessment out of the text of the narratives and to conform with the methods of assessing the common policy.        نهج‌البلاغه امام علی (ع) از غنی‌ترین و اصیل‌ترین متون دینی و منابع اسلامی، گنجینه‌ی معارف حکومت‌داری و خط‌مشی گذاری را در اختیار بشریت گذارده است. علم خط‌مشی گذاری مبنا و پیشران اصلی امر حکمروایی مدبرانه و اداره امور جامعه می‌باشد. نقطه عزیمت این نوشتار به محیط ارزشیابی خط‌مشی و اکتشاف دلالت‌های دینی و تطبیق و انکشاف محتوای آن با تکیه‌بر منظومه فکری و اندیشه‌ای امیرالمؤمنین (ع) قرار داده‌شده است. بر این اساس با رهیافتی علمی و مبتنی بر روش دلالت پژوهی، ابتدا سهم یاری‌ها از متن نهج‌البلاغه استخراج و مبتنی بر معیارهای شش‌گانه الف: <em>محوریت ارزشیابی(</em>روشی، ارزشی و کاربردی)؛ ب: <em>کانون</em><em>توجه ارزیابی(</em>سنجش نتایج، نظارت و پایش، نتایج و پیامدها، سنجش پیامدها و تعامل)؛ پ: کارکرد اصلی ارزشیابی (آموزش و یادگیری، پاسخگویی، شفاف‌سازی و بهبود)؛ ت: <em>افق زمانی ارزشیابی</em>(گذشته‌نگر،حین اجرا، آینده‌نگر)؛              ث:<em> روش قالب(</em>کمی،کیفی)؛ ج: <em>روش های ارزیابی خط‌مشی متناسب</em>(محکمه‌ای، ساختارگرا، خبره گرا، ذی‌نفع گرا، تصمیم گرا، نظریه مبنا، اطلاعات گرا، فرا تحلیل، مورد پژوهی، مطلوبیت گرا، هدف‌گرا، آزمایشگاهی، حسابرسی نتایج، هزینه مبنا، واقع‌گرا، مشارکتی، مشتری‌گرا) دلالت‌های موضوعی ارزشیابی - به‌عنوان تضمین دهنده کیفیت، اثربخشی و کارایی- خط‌مشی‌های عمومی با استفاده از نظرات خبرگی حاصل و احصاء گردید<strong>.</strong><br />   https://rsm.rihu.ac.ir/article_1620_40b404deecbfd0f094721d2de88fa272.pdf
