Although the Islamic ethics and especially moral conduct of Imam Ali (A.S.) and His style in governance has necessary integrity in management of the government, society and individuals, but still it is seen that organizations do not achieve acceptable results. It seems that the thought and culture of management has not reached to a level of Islamic belief to know adherence to moral principles the best practices and strategies to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness yet, though achieving the virtues of morality has been recognized as the objective of the divine messengers and subsequently the formation of the government based on religious rules. Among these, the role of management and decision making ways of managers in appearing moral behaviors has been emphasized. Thus, the present study tries to enumerate norm-breakings which may occur in the management of organization considering Islamic teachings of management and especially Imam Ali (A.S.) commands and sermons. And avoiding these kinds of norm-breakings makes Iranian organizations closer to Islamic organizations. اخلاق سازمانی در دنیای امروز غرب با ایجاد هماهنگی و ثبات رویه، تدوین قواعد رفتاری، سازمانی و قانونی، سازمان‌های غربی را برای انجام وظایف با بیشترین کارآیی و اثربخشی و تحقق اهداف و مأموریت‌ها کمک می‌کند؛ اما با وجود اینکه اخلاق اسلامی و به خصوص سبک و سیاق اخلاقی امیرالمؤمنینg در حکومت‌داری، جامعیت لازم جهت مدیریت دولت، جامعه و فرد را داراست، باز هم دیده می‌شود که سازمان‌های ایرانی به نتایج قابل قبول دست نمی‌یابند. به نظر می‌رسد هنوز تفکر و فرهنگ مدیریت به سطحی از باور اسلامی نرسیده است که پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی را بهترین راهکار دستیابی به بیشترین حد کارآیی و اثربخشی بداند؛ اگرچه خود رسیدن به مکارم اخلاق نیز از اهداف ارسال رسولان الهی و به دنبال آن تشکیل حکومت بر مبنای قواعد دینی می‌باشد. در این میان بر نقش مدیریت و شیوه‌های تصمیم‌گیری مدیران، در بروز رفتارهای اخلاقی در سازمان تأکید شده است. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد با توجه به آموزه‌های اسلامی مدیریت و به خصوص فرمان‌های امیرالمؤمنینg، هنجار‌شکنی‌هایی که ممکن است در مدیریت سازمان‌ها بروز یابد را برشمارد و از طریق اجتناب از این هنجارشکنی‌ها، سازمان‌های ایرانی را به سازمان‌های اسلامی نزدیک‌تر کند. https://rsm.rihu.ac.ir/article_1274_17100b09d14cf1bcf825e5921258d514.pdf
