The research method of this paper is library method of study using various sources in this field based on rational and narrative methods. The results of this study are as follows: for different related scientific trends there are three major attitudes about conflict. The first one which is recognized traditional view among other three present attitudes believes that conflict is primarily destructive and should be avoided. The second view belongs to the human relations school of management and supposes that conflict is natural and inevitable. The third and last view in an interactive way assumes both functional and non-functional conflict (i.e.; positive and negative conflict) and confirms that in some special situations managers are recommended to create conflict when needed. In fact, each of the above mentioned views go to extremes about conflict at times. Islam states clearly a balanced view on this phenomenon. Despite the belief in both positive and negative attitudes in this regard emphasizes that drawing a borderline between positive and negative conflicts depends on factors such as individuals’ intentions, personal ability, subject matter and especially conflict situations.}, keywords = {Conflict,Conflict Management,Islamic Management}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه‌ای مدیریت تعارض از دیدگاه اسلام و سایر مکاتب علمی}, abstract_fa = {هدفِ پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مفهوم تعارض و مدیریت آن از منظر اسلام و سایر مکاتب از یک سو و دیدگاه‌های مختلف مدیریت و یافتن وجوه اشتراک و افتراق آنها با دیدگاه اسلامی از سوی دیگر است. روش تحقیق حاضر به صورت کتابخانه‌ای با بهره‌برداری از منابع گوناگون در این زمینه و به شیوه عقلی و نقلی انجام یافته است. نتایج پژوهش پیش‌رو به شرح ذیل می‌باشد: سه نگرش عمده، درباره تعارض میان مکتب‌های مختلف وجود دارد. دیدگاه اول، سنتی و بر این باور است که تعارض در آغاز امری مخرّب بوده است و باید از آن اجتناب کرد؛ دیدگاه دوم، به مکتب روابط انسانی تعلق دارد و معتقد است، تعارض امری طبیعی و اجتناب‌ناپذیر است و دیدگاه آخر، به صورت تعاملی دو نوع تعارض کارکردی و غیرکارکردی (مثبت ومنفی) دارد و حتی در موقعیت‌هایی نیاز است که مدیران نسبت به ایجاد تعارض اقدام کنند. در واقع هر کدام از دیدگاه‌های یادشده، در مقاطعی دچار افراط و تفریط در زمینه تعارض شده‌اند. مکتب اسلام دیدگاه متعادلی نسبت به پدیده تعارض بیان داشته است و با وجود اعتقاد به دو نوع نگرش مثبت و منفی در این زمینه، تأکید می‌کند که مرز بین تعارض‌های مثبت و منفی به عواملی همچون نیت افراد، توانایی اشخاص، نوع موضوع و مهم‌تر از همه موقعیت تعارض بستگی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {تعارض,مدیریت تعارض,مدیریت اسلامی}, url = {https://rsm.rihu.ac.ir/article_1237.html}, eprint = {https://rsm.rihu.ac.ir/article_1237_29f0e2695b3cc12e41ffc5027bc3bba5.pdf} }
